NL A 2020841 This publication corresponds to the documents originally submitted. FRAME FOR A WHEEL WHEEL, CONNECTOR AND WHEEL WHEEL The present invention relates to a frame for a bicycle comprising a tubular construction for providing mounting options for further parts of the vehicle, such as a steering pin, a seat post and mounting means for a rear wheel. The present invention further relates to a bicycle comprising the frame according to the present invention. It is an object of the present invention to provide innovative possibilities for arranging accessories or parts providing functional improvements to a bicycle in a frame. To this end, the present invention provides a frame for a bicycle comprising a tube construction for providing mounting options for further parts of the vehicle, such as a steering pin, a seat post and mounting means for a rear wheel, the tube construction comprising: - a top tube, extending substantially in the horizontal direction, - a saddle tube extending downwards from a tube intersection with the top tube, from a mounting on the top tube to a substantially rear side thereof, - a lower tube extending from a tube intersection with the saddle tube on substantially a lower side of the saddle tube towards a mounting on the top tube arranged forward with respect to the mounting of the saddle tube on the top tube, - a head tube arranged at an angle to the top tube by means of a tube intersection, - wherein the lower tube extends to a predetermined distance above the upper side of the upper tube, crossing the upper tube at a tube intersection, and wherein the head tube is attached to the lower tube above the upper tube. An advantage according to the present invention is that using a relatively low top tube can also be provided or used with a relatively long bottom tube. This makes it possible to provide this relatively long lower tube with a likewise relatively long battery with an associated relatively high capacity. Such a relatively long battery is possible because the lower tube extends from substantially the bottom bracket tube to the height for reaching the upper side of the upper tube, whereby a relatively long lower tube is provided with respect to a lower tube known in the prior art which extends to the bottom of the top tube. Alternatively, it is possible to provide a relatively long battery with a relatively high capacity in the top tube, but for user convenience it is preferable to use the top tube for a number of other functions that require a user interface. Providing the user interface in the top tube is advantageous here for accessibility. A further advantage according to the present invention is that by means of such a frame a bicycle can be provided with a top tube that is low relative to the handlebar and / or the saddle. This makes it possible, for example, to manufacture compact bicycles with usability for relatively short and relatively tall people. It is furthermore possible here to realize the distance between the saddle and the top tube in such a size that the bicycle can also be considered as a ladies' bicycle while there is application for a substantially horizontal top tube. According to a first preferred embodiment of the present invention, the down tube is adapted to receive a drive battery, meaning a battery adapted to provide energy to a drive motor for the bicycle, to provide energy to the drive motor of the bicycle, preferably the drive battery extends crosswise over the top tube. This achieves the advantages mentioned above. The lower tube is preferably arranged by providing a cylindrical space that extends from the bottom of the bottom tube to the top of the bottom tube. According to a further preferred embodiment, the interior of the lower tube defines a continuous receiving space, preferably extending from an access opening at the bottom of the lower tube, for receiving at least one utility component in this receiving space for providing a function to the bicycle . Similarly, the rear side of the top tube preferably defines a receiving space extending from an access opening at the rear thereof. More preferably, the front side of the top tube defines a receiving space extending from an access opening at the front thereof. A further preferred embodiment relates to a frame, and / or bicycle comprising the frame, wherein a drive battery suitable for supplying energy to a drive motor of the bicycle can be arranged, or arranged, in the lower tube. This effectuates the aforementioned advantage of the availability of the battery. According to a further preferred embodiment, the bottom bracket tube is arranged at the front and / or at the bottom of the bottom tube. This provides the advantage that an arrangement of the bottom bracket tube with respect to the bottom tube provides permanent access to the bottom tube, such as the receiving space therein. A further advantage that is provided is that the bottom tube can extend further down behind the bottom bracket tube than when it ends at the substantially top of the bottom bracket tube as known in the prior art. As a result, the available length for the use of a battery is further increased with respect to the above-defined increase of this length above the top tube. According to a further preferred embodiment, the top tube is thicker than the bottom tube and wherein in the tube intersection between the top tube and the bottom tube the bottom tube extends through the top tube. Alternatively, the lower tube is preferably thicker than the upper tube and wherein the upper tube extends through the lower tube in the tube intersection between the upper tube and the lower tube. A passage of the one tube through the other tube is hereby realized, whereby a connection, such as a load connection, can be realized with a high degree of strength, such as through a high contact surface of the weld connection with the two tubes. According to a further preferred embodiment, the top tube, preferably at the location of the tube intersection with the bottom tube, is provided with a thickening, expansion, widening or swelling. This provides space on the inside of the wall of the base at the location of this thickening, expansion, widening or swelling. This space is useful for passing at least one cable through it, such as for connecting components located on either side of the pipe junction. An example of this is a charging connector on the front of a tube intersection with an on-board computer at the rear of the tube intersection. Alternatively, the bottom tube, preferably at the location of the tube intersection with the top tube, is provided with a thickening, expansion, widening or swelling. This also provides such a defined benefit. For the purpose of providing an alternative lead-through for a cable or connector, in a tube intersection, the thinner tube is further preferably provided with an opening for forming a lead-through through this opening in the longitudinal direction of the thicker tube. Because material has been removed at the location of the opening, the cable can be guided through the space previously occupied by the removed material. An alternative optional method of providing a cable entry through means of manufacturing an opening through the thinner tube by means of a, preferably transversal, bore or by taking material from the wall of the thinner tube. If, for example, a feed-through is only required on one side of the tube, a recess on that one side is sufficient. According to a further preferred embodiment, a passage, such as an opening for the passage of a cable, such as the energy supply cable for the drive motor, is provided in the tube intersection between the top tube and the head tube. By invisibly processing such a cable within the frame, safety is increased because of the high energy that is passed through such a cable. Furthermore, the reliability is increased because the cable in the frame is substantially protected. The upper tube further preferably has a flat surface for it, on or in arrangement of a utility component, such as a control panel or screen. Still further preferably, the lower tube is an accessory housing which is arranged for arranging subsystems of the vehicle therein. Still further preferably, the top tube is an accessory housing adapted to arrange subsystems of the vehicle therein to provide additional functionality to the vehicle. Hereby it is advantageously realized that a large number of utility components can be arranged in an advantageous and safe manner for providing functionality to the bicycle at predeterminable locations in or on a respective frame tube. Depending on the dimensions or design, the top tube preferably further extends with respect to the horizontal at an angle of at most 20 °, more preferably at most 15 °, more preferably at most 10 °, more preferably at most 5 °. According to a further preferred embodiment, the frame comprises a bicycle connector for connecting to a first cassette contact of a first bicycle cassette, the bicycle connector comprising: - a first connector contact, comprising a number of contact poles, for connecting to the first cassette contact, - at least one output contact for connecting to a respective subsystem, - wherein the bicycle connector is arranged in the respective first tube element of the tube assembly. It is here an important advantage that at least a part of bicycle subsystems can be interconnected in a simple manner through the connection between a connector contact of the bicycle connector and the cassette contact of the bicycle cassette. Preferably, the cassette contact is connected to the connector contact as the simple socket connection. With this all contacts are made via a simple operation. An important advantage here is that a bicycle that is provided with a relatively large number of subsystems can be manufactured, assembled or maintained in a simple manner. Furthermore, a central control unit can be coupled to each of the subsystems in an advantageous and easy manner. According to a further preferred embodiment, the frame comprises the bicycle connector for connecting to the first and a second cassette contact of the first bicycle cassette and a second bicycle cassette, the bicycle connector comprising: - a second connector contact, comprising a number of second contact poles, for connecting to the second cassette contact, - a number of pole connectors, such as comprising wires, for connecting at least a part of the number of first contact poles of the first cassette contact with at least a part of the number of second contact poles of the second connector contact. By means of such a preferred embodiment it is advantageously possible to provide an electrical connection between two tube elements of a bicycle, such as preferably between the top tube and the bottom tube. Hereby it is realized that a bicycle cassette in the upper tube can be connected to a cassette in the lower tube by means of a simple connector connection, such as a plug connection. Connections between another tube elements of a bicycle are also provided within the understanding of the present inventions preferred embodiment. A particularly advantageous variant is the variant in which a central control unit of the bicycle can be arranged in the upper tube in a upper tube cassette as a variant of the bicycle cassette and in the lower tube of the bicycle a lower tube cassette can be arranged as a variant of the bicycle cassette. The upper tube cassette and the lower tube cassette are herein mutually connectable by means of the bicycle connector which has the first cassette contact in the upper tube and the second cassette contact in the lower tube. By placing the upper tube cassette or the lower tube cassette, the necessary connections are immediately made between the cassettes and with further subsystems of the bicycle when the contact poles connect to each other. According to a further preferred embodiment, the bicycle connector comprises a bridge element for mutually connecting the first connector contact with the second connector contact, preferably for the purpose of providing a mutual orientation. It is advantageous if, after placing the bicycle connector, the contacts are arranged in a suitable orientation for making contact with the first and / or the second cassette contact. Furthermore, such a bridge provides dimensional stability to a combination of the first connector contact and the second connector contact for ease of handling thereof. Furthermore, such a bridge provides a rigidity to the bicycle connector for protecting the pole connectors. According to a further preferred embodiment, the first connector contact and / or the second connector contact comprise contact poles for transferring a charging current to a battery and / or a driving current to a driving motor of the bicycle. This makes it possible, for example, to arrange a charging contact in a tube element other than the tube element in which the battery or battery is arranged, while maintaining the advantages of a bicycle connector or bicycle with bicycle connector according to the present invention. The first connector contact and / or the second connector contact further preferably comprises contact poles for the purpose of transmitting an information signal or a control signal from a subsystem or to a subsystem. The bicycle preferably further comprises a combination of contact poles for a charging current and contact poles for an information signal or a control signal. Advantages of this are indicated in the above. For a reliable placement of the cassette, the bicycle connector comprises guide means for guiding and / or centering the respective connector contact during interconnection of a respective cassette contact and connector contact. For example, when the cassette is slid into a tubular element, these guide means are functional in the so-called "searching" of the contacts. Further, guide means providing mutual strength while the bicycle connector and the respective cassette are arranged in a mutual connection, or position of use. According to a further preferred embodiment, the contacts comprise pin contacts or ball contacts. The mutual dimensioning of the bicycle connector and at least a first tube element is further preferably such that the bicycle connector can be passed through this tube element. This measure provides an advantage when mounting or mounting the bicycle connector in a tube element or in a transition between two adjacent tube elements. Preferably, the bicycle connector can be brought through this first tube element to a coupling or bend between this tube element and a second tube element for arrangement at this coupling or bend for the purpose of providing a connector connection between the first tube element and the second tube element by means of bicycle connector. As a result, the connection between two adjacent tube elements is specifically realized. For the purpose of a connection between the upper tube and the lower tube, the first cassette contact is preferably functionally arranged in the upper tube of the bicycle, and the second cassette contact is functionally arranged in the lower tube of the bicycle. It is provided here that the mutual arrangement can also be carried out in reverse, for example for arranging a battery in the upper tube and a control unit in the lower tube. For a stable fastening, the bicycle preferably further comprises fastening means for fastening the bicycle connector in a functional position. Such a stable attachment has the advantage that a connector contact can be fixed at a suitable position for receiving a cassette contact. For mounting in the tubular element, the fastening means are arranged such that they can be operated from the bottom and / or the top of the steering housing. For this purpose a screw connection is preferably provided with a screw thread in or on the fastening means such as on the bridge of the bicycle connector. Further preferably, the first and the second cassette contact are each adapted for a respective connection function, or wherein the first and the second cassette contact are identical. Depending on the application, cassettes with identical connectors are used for this purpose or cassettes with two different functions, such as one for a control unit and one for a battery. A tubular element with a bicycle cassette that can be arranged therein is preferably also mutually guided so that the cassette can only be arranged in the tubular element in an orientation suitable for connection between the cassette contact and the connector contact. As a result, a suitable orientation between a cassette contact and the connector contact is always realized in an advantageous manner. A further aspect of the present invention relates to a bicycle connector according to the present invention for a bicycle according to the present invention, comprising: - a first connector contact, comprising a number of contact poles, for connecting to the first cassette contact, - at least one output contact for connecting to a respective subsystem, - wherein the bicycle connector is arranged in the respective first tube element of the tube assembly. Such an aspect provides advantages as indicated with reference to the preceding aspect. According to a first preferred embodiment, such a bicycle connector comprises: - a second connector contact, comprising a number of second contact poles, for connecting to the second cassette contact, - a number of pole connectors, such as comprising wires, for connecting at least a part of the number of first contact poles of the first cassette contact with at least a part of the number of second contact poles of the second connector contact. According to a further preferred embodiment, such a bicycle connector comprises a bridge element for mutually connecting the first connector contact with the second connector contact, preferably for the purpose of providing a mutual orientation. A further aspect according to the present invention relates to a bicycle cassette according to the present invention for a bicycle according to the present invention for holding at least a first of a number of subsystems, such as a control unit, of the bicycle for providing a respective function to the bicycle, the first bicycle cassette: - can be arranged in at least a first tube element of the tube assembly, - a first cassette contact, comprising a number of contact poles, which can be coupled internally in the first bicycle cassette to the at least first of the number of subsystems. A further preferred embodiment relates to such a bicycle cassette wherein the bicycle cassette: - can be arranged in at least a second tube element of the tube assembly, - a second cassette contact, comprising a number of contact poles, which can be coupled internally in the second bicycle cassette to at least one further of the number of subsystems. A further aspect of the invention relates to a bicycle comprising a frame according to the present invention. This aspect has advantages similar to those described above with reference to the preceding aspect. Further advantages, features and details of the present invention will be described in greater detail below with reference to one or more preferred embodiments with reference to the attached figures. Similar but not necessarily identical components of different preferred embodiments are designated by the same reference numerals. FIG. 1 relates to a schematic representation in side view of a first preferred embodiment according to the present invention. FIG. 2 is a schematic representation in side view of a further preferred embodiment according to the present invention. FIGs. 3-14 concerning further schematic representations. FIG. 15 relates to three schematic representations in side view of a further preferred embodiment according to the present invention. FIG. 4 relates to a further schematic representation. FIG. 16 relates to a schematic representation in side view of a further preferred embodiment. FIG. 17 is a schematic representation of a detail of the preferred embodiment according to FIG. 15 in perspective. FIG. 18 relates to a schematic representation of a further preferred embodiment in perspective. A first preferred embodiment according to the present invention relates to a frame 1. This frame comprises a tube construction comprising a lower tube 3, an upper tube 2, a head tube 4 and a saddle tube 5, as well as a lower rear fork 6 and an upper rear fork 7. The tubes are preferably welded to each other and relate, for example, to aluminum tubes that are welded to each other by aluminum welding. Hereby tube crossings are formed where the tubes cross each other and are welded together. The tube intersection 10 is formed by the top tube with the seat tube. The tube intersection 8 is formed by the top tube with the bottom tube. The tube intersection 9 is formed by the head tube with the top tube. The tube intersection 11 is formed by the saddle tube with the lower tube. The tube intersection 12 is formed by the head tube with the lower tube. The name down tube is selected based on the history of naming tubes of a substantially triangular frame. The present invention relates to a frame comprising an X shape wherein the X is formed by the lower tube and the upper tube. It is an important object of the X shape to have a lower tube extend above the upper tube in order to provide a relatively long lower tube for accommodating a relatively long battery therein. Further goals and benefits are described above. For this purpose, the material of a pipe is removed at the location of a pipe intersection so that it does not extend into the inner space of the pipe intersection. As a result, for example, a battery pack can be inserted into the tube while it is not impeded by a crossing tube at the location of a tube intersection. Providing such an unobstructed transit is not necessary at all tube crossings. In many preferred embodiments, the lower tube extends through at the location of the tube intersection with the upper tube. A certain firmness of the lower tube is hereby maintained at the location of the tube intersection with the upper tube. A battery pack 31 is located in FIG. 1 in the lower tube 3. The battery pack has a length that is much greater than if the lower tube would only extend from above the bottom bracket tube 32 to the lower side of the upper tube 2. For example, by using a bicycle with relatively small wheels, such as 24 inch, 22 inch, 20 inch, 18 inch, 16 inch, it is realized in this way that the top tube can be arranged in the frame at a relatively small distance from the top of the wheels. Hereby advantages of the ladies' bicycle are provided to a frame according to a men's bicycle design with a horizontally extending continuous top tube. In the top tube, a connector assembly 21 is arranged in the portion of the top tube between the bottom tube and the head tube. Connector openings are located at the location of an opening 22 on the underside of the top tube. Further components arranged in the top tube are an on-board computer 24 and a battery management system 23. A rear lamp 26 is attached to the rear and a front lamp 25 is attached to the front. The various components arranged in the upper housing are interconnected by means of cables 17, 18. Cable 18 serves to connect the battery to the drive motor 8 which is arranged in the front wheel and is therefore guided through the head tube. For the purpose of feeding the cable through the top tube along the bottom tube and / or along the battery pack, a number of alternative passage openings are provided. Shown in the bulge 51 (Fig. 6) of the top tube at the location of the tube intersection, this makes it possible to guide the cable outside the bottom tube past it. Alternatively, a recess 54 (Fig. 3) of material in the lower tube is shown on one or both sides thereof. A recess 54 on both sides of the lower tube is realized by providing a bore forming the recess. As a result, a cable can be fed through the top tube on either side of the lower tube. A combination of the bulge 51 with the recess 54 naturally provides relatively more space for the passage of cables. Alternatively, it is possible to make the lower tube thicker than the upper tube. In that case the bulge 51 is realized in the lower tube and the recess is realized in the upper tube which in that case is passed through the lower tube at the location of the tube intersection. It is further provided that a through-hole in the longitudinal direction of the top tube is realized in the bottom tube. Continue through such aperture, cables are passable. Alternatively, it is possible to provide both tubes with a bulge 51 at the location of a tube intersection. As a result, the entire space within the tube intersection is enlarged, so that the passage of cables along, for example, a battery pack arranged by the tube intersection can be realized. In the various preferred embodiments, Figures 6-14 show in both side view and top view in the variants of an equally thick lower tube and upper tube, a thicker upper tube than lower tube and a thicker lower tube than upper tube. Fig. 15 shows a frame comprising a bicycle connector 90 for arrangement in a transition between an upper tube 2 and a lower tube 3 at the location of the steering housing 4. The bicycle connector 90 comprises a first connector contact 91 and a second connector contact 92. The first connector contact 91 serves for connecting to a cassette 23 'for arranging it in the upper tube 2. The second connector contact 92 serves for connecting to a cassette 31' for arranging it in the lower tube 3. The upper tube cassette 23 'comprises a cassette contact 91' for connection to connector contact 91. The lower tube cassette 31 comprises a cassette contact (not shown) for corresponding connection to connector contact 92. The down tube cassette comprises a battery or accumulator for driving the bicycle therewith by means of an electric motor. Furthermore, the down tube cassette comprises a battery management system for optimally charging and discharging the battery during use thereof and during charging thereof. The upper tube cassette 23 'comprises a control unit for controlling or joint functioning with different subsystems of the bicycle, such as a drive motor or a sensor therein, lock with a sensor and or solenoid therein, bell or horn function, call button or button button, and or a tachometer . The pins of connector 18 connector 91 and connector 92 have a function as follows. Poles 40 provide power to a three-phase motor. Poland 41 concerns the negative pole of the battery. The poles 42 relate to the positive pole of the battery. The pole 50 relates to the pole for charging the battery, as well as the poles 51 and 52. The pole 53 relates to a TX pole for communication with the battery. The pole 54 is an RX pole for communication with the battery. The pole 55 is an earth pole for the battery. The pole 56 is a 5 volt VCC for the battery. Connect the poles 57, 58 to the call button. The poles 59, 60 connect to a boost button to increase the motor power of the bicycle drive motor. The poles 61, 62, 63 connect to a Hall sensor of the Motor. The poles 64, 65 connect to a motor of a further subsystem. The pole 66 connects to a temperature sensor of the motor. The poles 67, 68, 69 are empty for the time being. The poles 70, 71, 72, 73 connect to a bicycle lock, a solenoid and a sensor switch thereof. The poles 74, 75, 76, 77 connect to a hall sensor of a revolution counter of the bottom bracket. The pole 78 connects to a ground of the revolution counter of the bottom bracket. The poles 80, 81 connect to the front light of the bicycle. This indicates examples of the connections of the terminals of the connector contacts. The head end of the top tube cassette 23 'includes the cassette contact 61' thereof. The cassette contact 9 'comprises poles or pins in accordance with the poles as described at the connector contact according to FIG. 2. The lower tube cassette also comprises poles in accordance with the poles of the corresponding connector contact. This makes it possible according to the present invention to simply place and / or replace a cassette by sliding it into the respective tube until the contacts are mutually connected or are correctly inserted therein. As a result, it is advantageously realized that all subsystems are connected to the cassette, the subsystems therein and / or the central control of the bicycle in the upper tube cassette by means of a single connection operation. It is also provided that the functions of the cassette are used in reverse so that the battery is in the upper tube or the control unit in the lower tube. It is further provided that such a bicycle connector is of single-sided design for the variant that only a lower tube cassette or an upper tube cassette is used in the bicycle. This is, for example, in the case a bicycle has a control unit, but for example does not have a drive motor with associated battery or accumulator. The connector is provided with guide edge 94, 94 'for guiding ribs 93, 93' from the head ends of the cassette or from the cassette contact. It is hereby realized that pressing on the cassette so that the poles make contact with each other can only be carried out when the mutual orientation is sufficiently accurate. This also provides a 'searching' function for the correct insertion of the contacts of the cassette into the contacts of the bicycle connector and vice versa, depending on the orientation of the male / female connections that are reversibly provided. Furthermore, it is shown how the bicycle connector is inserted into the frame (Fig. 5). The bicycle connector is inserted from below on the lower tube and moved up to the transition between the lower tube and the upper tube where it is attached by screw attachment 97. After the simple attachment operation by means of the screw attachments, the connector is ready to receive the respective cassette contacts. The screw mounting can be realized in an advantageous manner by means of the upper opening 98 and the lower opening 98 'of the steering housing 4. For the mutual orientation of the connector contacts, a bridge 26 is provided to which the connector contacts are attached. The bridge is furthermore provided with a thread for the screw fixings 97. For connecting the connector contacts to the subsystems outside the upper tube cassette and the lower tube cassette, wires are provided that extend from the respective poles to the respective subsystems. Tube junction for two tubes of a tube structure of a frame for preferably a bicycle comprising two intersecting tubes, wherein either at least one of the intersecting tubes, preferably the thinner one, is provided with an opening for forming a passage through this tube opening in the longitudinal direction of the thicker tube, or at least one of the two tubes at the location of the tube intersection is provided with a thickening, expansion, widening or swelling. Pipe junction according to the previous sentence comprising any measure according to this description and or the appended claims thereof. In the foregoing, the present invention has been described with reference to a few preferred embodiments. Different aspects of different embodiments are considered described in combination with each other, whereby all combinations that are considered to be read by a person skilled in the art on the basis of this document are included in the understanding of the invention. These preferred embodiments are not restrictive of the scope of this document. The rights requested are defined in the appended claims. ±
